It's 2am and I can't sleep, which feels like a perfect time to write my first entry here. There's definitely a blank page brand new journal sort of feeling about starting this - I always feel like I need to be wittier, funnier, deeper than I really am, or like I need to give some kind of backstory as to how I got here.

And so:

Once upon a time there was a woman with pink hair who loved to write.


(It's not funny or deep at all, it just is, and now the blank page is splattered with ink).
